Story
I discovered I'd finally got a ballot place for the 2013 London Marathon 2 days before Mum died, after 5 years of trying to run the darn thing.
I always said that running was something I did becuase I wanted to and so I didn't use it for fundraising, but London marathon is special and mothers are special, so I'm fundraising for research into the filthy disease that killed Mum and so many other Mums, sisters and daughters like her
